For Duncan, few things can rival a clean set of small waves at Higgins. But, instead of taking calls on a waterproof cell phone, you'll find him at work on client brands. Duncan's focus on brands is informed by two decades of work with clients such as G. H. Bass and Shaw's Supermarkets. He says the best brands are inspirational — they encourage consumers to experience more in their lives. Duncan currently works with agency clients, Kennebunk Savings, Dead River Company, New England Coffee, York Spiral Stair, Rynel, and Maine Public Broadcasting Network. As for his own inspiration, Duncan knows that an occasional thrashing in the surf ensures an open mind.
